need a bios password for sony vaio laptop

    I have A laptop Sony vaio pcg-grt816s
    this loptop is protected by a bios password and i dont know the pass
    can any one help me to clear the bios password from my laptop

    Their isnt a standard bios password m8. Either you'll have to get into contact who whoeever sold it or if its been your all along, you'll have to sit down and remember it. If im not mistaken you can reset the password by popping the battery but with a notebook things can get complicated.

    Sounds shady sofio... but anyway
    If you take out the case-screws, you might have noticed that the case doesn't open. But the little keyboard itself will lift up, and the battery is right underneath.
