Need Advice on Motherboard Choice

    I am upgrading my system to Ivey Bridge and can not decide which motherboard to purchase.
    Asus P8Z77-V PRO or Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H. Using Intel Core i7 3770K CPU.

    I am using a Sapphire Radeon HD6870 (Upgrading to Radeon HD7870 or going to Crossfire)
    Samsung 830 S 256GB SSD
    2TB Black Caviar HDD
    3TB Hitachi 7200 RPM HDD
    CORSAIR DOMINATOR 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
    Seasonic X750 Power Supply
    Lite-On Blu-ray
