I managed to get this link to a video from the LAUNCH website from my Temporary Internet Files folder.

When I converted it with TMPGEnc, I could hear the audio, but the picture (the video) kept freezing and moving in stills.

Can somebody help me out? I want to convert the video without the picture freezing up.

What I do with ASF or WMV files is Convert them to AVI first useing a freeware tool called "Stoik Video Convertor" and then encode the AVI With tmpgenc....

I had no problem with this File in tmpgenc but there are some Things about the file that are going to cause problems...The File uses a NTSC Resolution but a Pal Framerate so if you encode this file to a NTSC Mpeg file you are going to get Jumpy Playback because tmpgenc can not do proper Frame rate conversions....
