Need help making a custom dvd

    i have a bunch of anime shows that are ripped with the matroska codec they have dual audio and subtitles how do i convert them to dvd and keep both audios and subtitles please help

    what program can i use to convert them to mpeg so i can convert them to dvd or convert straight to dvd keeping all the audio files and subtitles intact please any help would be great thanks in advance
