Need help on new drive!

    i currently have the a Lite-On SHW-160P6S and i found out today, yes i know im late, that the model was discontinued. if someone could tell me what is the newer version of this drive, meaning what it was replaced by, or what would you suggest on purchasing to replace this drive...i would like to stay with lite-on so hopefully that will help with feedback...thank you very much!!!!

    Drives are always being replaced with newer models. What problems are you having with your Lite-on?

    im not having any problems right now..but i know i will in the future...meaning just the burned burning out...i love this drive and have search the internet looking for what the replacement is or was and have had no luck finding it...but hopefully you got some info for me :) thanks for the feedback so far
