alright, well I have a prediciment here. I downloaded psp video 9 but that would not work. So i decided to download a different mpeg to mpeg4 format. After i did, it was converted to avi format. Does that work? i tried that but it wouldnt. So, I have some questions...
    1. Do you have to use pspvideo9?
    2. How exactly do you use it?
    3. Is mpeg4 the only format for video?
    4. Can i put videos made by windows movie maker on?
I could get any help, that would be wonderful!

Theres other programs but use pspvideo9.
    since its free.
all you do is convert videos to mp4.
you find the file of the video and click transcode.
mp4 is the only format that works i think.
and yes you can put any video on aslong as its mp4.

No you don't have to use psp video9

you could also use PS3 Video 9 (and just make a profile for your psp...) PS3 Video 9 - works just fine.
