most bin/.cue files are ment to be put on cd not dvd, try using iso buster and extract the meg file from the bin file, and the mpeg file will be a dat file, and you can go from there

burning mpeg from bin's onto a dvd disk will result in a non working dvd
you need to convert the mpeg into dvd format first,
Do what rdmercer1 suggested, and burn it onto a cd disk (select the cue)
it will play on your dvd player (if thats what your intended to do)

i know about pal and NTSC and the different regions and stuff and in order to make a pal dvd game to work on a NTSC console you must have a mod chip or use swap magic but i have a problem in my country they sell the ps2 consoles with installed mod chips and my console is pal but the wierdest thing is that it plays NTSC (US or JAPANIES)ie.(slum or slpm) but most of the pal versions doesn't work so my question is {is the prblem in the console or the cds and is there a way to solve this problem and also how can i know the type of the mod chip installed in the console and also if i dowloaded a game torrent how do i know that it's not messed up before i burn it onto a dvd for the ps2?} and thanks in advance
