I'm not very well versed with P2P stuff and I used ed2k to download a file that is in this format Name.Of.Movie.TS.SVCD-Movie. XP tells me it is a BIN file. What can I use to play this movie on PC or burn to DVD. Movie is in public domain, so no copyright issues.

this is probably the wrong forum.if it is a bin file then just burn it to a cd by opening the cue file in nero.

if it didnt come with a cue file, just use bin2iso (http://www.bin2iso.com) to convert it to iso and burn the iso in nero.

as stated if you have no bin and cue files you will have to make it into an iso to burn it:)
