I have a Toshiba Sattelite with a ATI Radeon™ Xpress 200M. Also I have a Intel celeron M 1.60 ghz. Can I upgrade the ghz speed using any other processer? I'm very n00b at this kind of stuff so any help woulod be greatly appreciated.

In a nutshell, no. You may be able to change for a 1.8Ghz model, but nothing more than that. In most cases you won't even be able to change the motherboard, it's going to have to be a full replacement of the laptop.

Core 2 Duo, T7200 or better
    1GB of RAM or better
At least a Go7600 or X1600 graphics card, preferably more.

1 more question. Me and My bro got two of these comps and he wants to know if it would be worth or if u even could get a better video card, as it only has an ATI Radeon Xpress 200m series. He has a gig of ram and has the same processer as mine(1.60 ghz) runnin vista basic). Would it have any increased performance in games to get a better video card?

That's academic, because the graphics card isn't upgradeable.

In other words, if you want a powerful laptop, you have to buy a powerful laptop. Sorry I can't be of more help.
