First of all there's no 3.10 OE-C Firmware. The closet you can get is: 3.03 OE-C or 3.10 OE-A.

Second of all what type of game are you trying to load? A PSX game or a PSP game?

Third of all what is the game called?

Very unlikely, as the compatibility issues are better when there is an UMD in it. If there is not an UMD in it. Then there is no way for it to work.

Yeah, go to "Recovery Mode" then enter "Configuration" and make sure that "Skip SCE logo" is highlighted as enabled. That way the UMD will not auto-boot.

if u continue having problems try defragmenting and volume checking the ms just remember to back up all of the files beforehand cuz this is effectivly a more thourough format than the one availible on the psp

thisdude, he doesnt have to go to recovery mode to do that.
so dog, you can make this by going to settings -> System Settings then set the UMD AUTO-START to OFF.
