Need restriction code for nokia 5070 please

    Bought an old nokia 5070 from eBay for my nan
    Although it was advertised an unlocked (comes on with O2 logo) but does not take a Lyca pay as you go sim.
    The emi number inside the battery compartment is:
    354824/01/562623/2
    Sorry newbie on this forum any help is appreciated
