I remember seeing this TV show going on all about how Vista has this uncrackable DVD copying software and how they went to all these measures etc.

just wondering if this is still a problem, or does this mean DVD Shrink, DVD Decryptor, NERO etc. will all give me problems?

Can you not rip/copy DVD's or games anymore with Vista?

    Thanks All

I'm not running Vista on any pc's but other members here are and have no problems backing up movies w/ the programs you listed.
Nero you need to have version 7.7.5.1 or higher installed to be compatible w/ Vista.

Games not sure on but I think the same would be true.

    Or a scare tactic :)

I'm guessing Vista does have some type of anti copy stuff on it just not sure what.
One day I may run it on a pc - I have it just liking the no problems with XP. So I'll leave well enuf alone :)
