Need template dimensions for a DVD 5.2mm Slim

    I bought a bunch of those slim 5.2 DVD cases (see image here www.ebay.com/itm/270433293999?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649#ht_500wt_1054). I want to design the insert before the cases come in so I can have them all trimmed and ready to stuff when I do get them in the mail. Does anyone know where I can find a template or the correct dimensions for that type of insert?
