Remove Your Sim Card, Power up The Phone
    Enter the following code

    #pw+816091532412006+1#

    Press * 3 times fast for (p)
    Press * 4 times fast for (w)
    Press * 2 times fast for (+)

Verify code before pressing the last #

Check IMEI is correct press *#06#
Also that phone is locked to:
Country = Belgium & the Network = Proximun Belgacom

If above is correct try Code #7 as follows:

    #pw+208995321651006+7#

2 of your 3 chances have already been wasted but this is your correct code.

    #pw+209 415 321 651 006+7#

If you see "Not Allowed", it was hard locked before the code above was used.

Yes, with hardware only by a professional. It will have to be directly connected and this can not be done with your PC and cable, it will require hardware for the unlock.

Not in Belgium I don't. You will need to find a cell phone repair shop and they should have the equipment needed.

If the phone was purchased in Belgium, it would never work in the USA because it's dual-band GSM coverage (GSM E900/1800) and in the USA, we only have GSM 850/1900 MHz so the frequency would not be compatible and there is no changing that.
