hey people i have a nokia 6020 and messed up the configuration settings and would like to know is there any way in which i can master clear the entire phone and start from fresh??????
do a factory reset the scurity code should be 12345 (if you haven changed it) then ring your network provider and ask them to send you the configuration settings AKA (wap&mms)settings or go too nokia.com and get them your it reall easy
