nero 6 ultra question

    Does utra 6 support 8x recording speed?
    I'm using ritek 8x +R media and only getting 4x speed when recording.

    Also, these Ritek are not labeled, just blank. Is this normal?

    Well I have Nero 6 Ultra(the newest) and when I back-up movies or make a data disc, I can achieve 8x. Your burner might not support it or maybe your firmware needs to be updated. I use Sony media(for some reason I never hear people talk about these. They work on everything I have, PS2, XBOX, PC, and all 4 dvd players I have, oh well though), and can get 8x speed. So Nero 6 Ultra does support it. Not sure why your Ritek's are blank though.
