I used the search function and didnt find anybody else with my problem, so here goes. I just upgraded from Nero 7 Essentials to Nero 7 Ultra Edition. I opened Nero StartSmart Essentials and attempted to open the ProductSetup, it wont open. I clicked on the flame logo and it doesnt do anything, so now I cant input my new serial number that I purchased. The only method, that I can see, to contact Nero Support is e-mail. I sent an email four days ago and havent heard back. So any help would be appreciated.
