I hope we finally got a Nero Digital AVC profile for the 5.5G iPod in this version.

Apparently, Showtime can play Blu-Ray now... haven't heard anything about HD-DVD.

I have a problem, when I am running Vista Aero, and I open Nero 7.7.5.1, I get a frame with nothing in it. If I switch to Vista Basic, and open it, everything works fine. If I switch back to Aero with the panel open, everything stays there, but the background becomes transparent. I also upgraded to 7.8.5.0, and the same thing happens.

Is it safe to follow Nero's update instructions for 7.8.5.0 or is it still best to uninstall 7.7.5.1, download and install 7.8.5.0 or is the update not the complete program?

I used the cleantool, then installed it. No problems other than the blank panel.

I just install it over the previous version. I don't seem to have any issues with doing that. It does make the new install go a bit quicker. I downloaded it from: http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/
It's a lot faster than downloading from Nero.
