Hi all, newbie here so pleasae be genteel!

I am having some issues with burning dvd's and having the audio about 10 seconds AHEAD of the video, this has happened on two avi films , after conversion and burning with nero 7, all other avi films have worked fine!?!?!?

I have recently upgraded to vista, and also bought a 'proper' copy of Nero7, I have managed to burn about 20 films fine, but these two are giving me a real headache!!!!

    My pc itself is a toshiba laptop - core2duo T5500, 2gig ram, 512mb graphics. 180gig HD

Any help or suggestions would be great !!!

Try converting an AVI with this - it's good at maintaining sync..
Then use Nero on the output folder.

    http://dl.afterdawn.com/vsoDivxToDVD_setup_v0.5.2b.exe
Import the file(s) (AVI, WMV,MPEG, VOB)
Output (standard DVD file format) to a folder on the HDD.
Set 'Aspect' to 4:3 (if you have a regular tv)
Set 'Standard' to NTSC (if you live in North America)
