Hi everyone, this is my first post here. Hope you can help me with my problem. I've read the sticky on error logs and tried some of the suggestions, but I still keep getting this message. Let me say I also had the same problem with version 6. I used the Nero cleaning tool to remove it before I installed nero7. No luck! I should also tell you that this error occurred while using DVD shrink at the beginning of the burn process. however, it has also happened while doing copy on the fly. Perhaps someone can detect something in this log which might help me. Thanks in advance. Here you have a "buggy" version of Nero 7 installed over Nero 6. Uninstall, run these clean tools Nero6 Clean Tool http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/en/Clean_Tools.html Nero7 Clean tool http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html and then install this version of Nero 7.5.9.0 from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?1881 Although you're using good quality discs, slow burn to 4X
