Nero 7 Premium Won't Start

My Nero 7 has stopped working. The Smart Start panel will open but when I try and select a function it doesn't work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it hasn't solved the problem.

Can anybody help?

Hello.

After uninstalling using Add/Remove programs, did you run the Nero Clean Tool and the Nero Driver Clean Tool before reinstalling?

If that fails, go back to an earlier OS restore point and try again there.
