having problems with nero 7 when trying to copy a download to play on a dvd player as soon as nero starts to convert the files the computer crashes can anyone help please
Hi, You did not give us very much to go on. For example is this a desktop or laptop? Etc etc etc. Please run your Nero infoTool and post the results: StartSmart > Extras (Top icon on the right) > Click "Get System Info" Give infoTool a minute or two to run. Once it finishes, click the floppy icon at the top. This opens the Save/Print window. Save it and then post the entire thing into a reply. Things to check.... Enough HDD space for your project. CPU not overheating. Enough RAM. You should have other apps turned off and not mulitasking. Latest DirectX installed. And about a million other things I can't think of. Try downloading and running the trial vesion of ConvertXtoDVD and see if it works.
