Nero Burning 6.6.14 and Vista - Will it Work?

I am trying to operate my mother in law's Nero Burning program in conjunction with DVD Shrink and thought I would ask if the old NERO Burning OEM version 6 will even work on Vista. Anyone know? I didn't want to send out the error log until that initial question is answered.

I am led to believe that only versions from 7.5.9.0 will work with Vista.

 

Somehow it did if you shrink to a file and then burn from the file to the dvd with Nero Burning. Go figure.

Some folks in the Vista forums were getting the Lite version of Nero 6 to work. I never tried it myself, but I did not have the scaled down version anyway.
