When trying to burn (mostly with DVDs) I'm getting constant failure. DVDs are TDK brand and I successfully burnt about 20 of them from the first of the pack, then suddenly for no apparent reason I've started getting a constant burn failure (I'm also getting fails using Compusa CDs, which also burnt fine before in the past).

I'm posting the failure log below. Please help. ;)

Oh something I should add... I read over quite a few posts here and tried a few things already, such as:

    -switching out ide cables
-moving the burner from master on IDE2 to slave on IDE1
-removed nero 6, using removal tool, and installing nero 7

I think that's about it, through all of this the issue has persisted.

This version is full of bugs, uninstall, run this clean tool
http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html and then install this version 7.5.9.0 from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/

DMA needs to be on, heres a guide to turn back on

    http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/260038

These are HORRIBLE discs and more than likely the problem, try Verbatim or Sony (made in japan)

Burning way too fast, burn at half rated speed of GOOD QUALITY discs...CMC Mag are NOT

You have Roxio installed, it clashes with Nero, to remove, run this zapper http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Roxio-Zap.shtml
