Nero Express came with my computer and I have been using it without any trouble for about 3 months but now when I try to start the reading process the whole computer shuts down and reboots. I am using Windows XP Service Pack 2. I have looked all over but haven't been able to find an answer. Any help would be appreciated.

uninstall nero, run ccleaner from www.ccleaner.com, defrag your drive than re-install nero. also goto www.antivirus.com free housecall to check for viruses & spyware

have you installed any new programs as of lately? Some programs can conflict with eachother and cause havoc on your computer (such as roxio and nero fight like cats and dogs)

Thanks for getting back so quickly. I will follow your advice and let you know how I go. I have just changed over my printer/scanner. It's still a Lexmark just a different model. Could that be it?
