Hi, hope you can help. I am trying to burn some files to a dvd as data and keep getting an error, all other things burn fine using Nero. Could it be due to one corrupt file? Update your firmware to 1.41 from here http://wwwbsc.pioneer.co.jp/product-e/ibs/device_e/file/DVR110D_FW141EU.EXE DMA needs to be on, heres a guide to turn back on http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/260038 These are horrible discs and cause a lot of failed burns, try Verbatim or Sony (made in Japan) Apart from the horrible discs, you are burning too fast, slow to 4X
thanks heaps Gwendoline. I tried again before reading your post and slowed the speed to 4x with a successful burn. I have since updated the firmware. Thanks for the heads up on the disks. I looked at the Dma and it appears to be already on...is this correct? Ta again jeff
