Put this on DVD high compatibility mode: No should say yes don’t burn at 16x speed unless you want a lot of coasters Looks like your burner doesn’t like the disk’s your using the errors below are from your log are you using a USB burner? Your burner's firmware is old. The latest is SS25 (released in Oct 2006) and can be found here: http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=2318 This could fix your compatability problems with your media, including identification, especially if your trying to burn to the new 16X disks and should help with burning.
