I got recently 'Nero Express 5.5.10.30'. (CD kit contains DOS Driver, Nero Express and InCD, Drive manual, Acrobar reader). My familiar get it with new PC bundled. Hi dont use it. There is a note on CDROM: "The software will only work with the drive it came bundled with".. Will this software work on another PC if I do install it??
the software can work with any burner, theoretically, its your serial they gave you that determins what kind of drive it can be used on. unless you obtain a general serial, than the one that came with your drive will most likely only work with that drive. its worth a shot though. you should really just go by nero though. 5.5 version is pretty old, they're up to 6.3 now, and it only costs $50. not bad for the best cd/dvd burning software.
