Every time I have tried to burn a DVD+R to back up a DVD, Nero, & DVD Shrink through Nero, has failed not even 20 seconds into the burn, has anyone else experienced similar problems? I've searched through the Nero threads but haven't seen a post describing a problem w/Nero failing right away like this. Please help... Thank you

SCSI error and power calibration error indicate a hardware problem. Run a test utility to check the drive. Also, the cable and other wiring connections need to be checked. SiSoft Sandra is a good test utility and some test utilities are already available to you in the Nero Toolkit.
