Update your Nero to 7.5.9.0 from here

    http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?1881

    Firmware is current

I dont recommend these discs, try Verbatim or Sony (made in japan)

You have Roxio installed, it clashes with Nero, to remove, run this zapper http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Roxio-Zap.shtml

    Hi 25cK5nah2
Not a lot of support on this burner - looks like you may have the latest firmware for it. Hasn't been updated since 2004.
You could check the laptop manufacturers site and see if any newer one is available.

    Disc Manufacturer: TTH02
Kinda decent media but looks like it's 16x speed media which will probably give this drive problems.
Illegal discs usually mean the firmware of the drive doesn't support the discs and is probably the case here.

So I would try and get some 8x media like Verbatim or made in Japan Sony, Fuji or Maxell.

    File 'Drivers\CDRALW2K.SYS'
Nero and Roxio don't always play well. Still failing then uninstall Roxio and run the zap tool.
