   I have nero 5.5.10.29 and when i put a blank dvd-r into the drive nero locks up. i have dvr104 with newest firmware and im using verbatims 2x. i had nero 5.5.9.x and everything worked fine, the reason i updated was to get that force xbox compat. option and now i cant burn dvd's. any suggestions?

   Completely remove nero and re-install it?? maybe even if you have no luck re-install the older copy?
