nero not responding

i have nero 7 nero start smart allways works when i click on button like copy dvd it takes a while to load up then it starts to not respond it was working for like 5 min now its not i just got the software

 

the nero expres essentials dosent work

 

I would suggest a fresh install,I prefer 7.5.9.0, try this


uninstall, run this clean tool
http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html and then install this version 7.5.9.0 from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/

 

if i download that nero i would have to pay for that huh

 

i uninstaled nero then i used the clean tool then i downloaded that nero and i used my serial in the nero program i downloaded but still dosent work

 

What exactly are you trying to do?
