Hey Ive recently been experiencing an error in Nero 7.014b or whatever the latest one is. i find i get errors when trying to burn with nero vision , the video files will transcode just fine but during burning i get an error (thats one of the problems). i recently thought i found a fix as i just successfully burnt a dvd by writing to the hardrive then burning using nero express. Update your firmware for the burner http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pio/pe/images/portal/cit_3424/278019998DVR107D_FW122.exe Dump incd, and try burning at 4x Oh yeah... Remove your sn# from your post its the # after Lance

This part of your log say it is or has been and not removed completly. Get nero clean tools to get it completly uninstalled.
is the nero ftp server down? i cant seem to download the clean tools from the site i just deleted it from the registry (hope that gets rid of it) is it possible to get viruses or worms that use nero as a host? because after a burn i get this very suspicious looking red and black box that says something about an error and please left click to continue. i freaked out and shut my computer off.
I have not seen it but understand there is a virus that make it look like it is from nero. I guess one could get it if using crack or keygen or apps from p2p. Nero seems to say it is from an e-mail. Look here http://ww2.nero.com/enu/virus-alert.html
