Nero Problem - Picture Rolls Vertically on TV Screen

    I backed up a downloaded movie with Nero Express 3 and it works fine on my computer. When playing on my DVD player, the picture rolls vertically on my TV screen. I tried another previously copied DVD, and it works fine. I used Value Disc (Green Label) DVD media from Office Max. This was very cheap DVD media. Any suggestions? WolfpackRon.

    I am also having this problem using Nero Express3
    It is only when transcoding from Pal to NTSC. Aside from the garbled picture going diagonally across the screen, there is also a green block at the bottom.

    Please help!!
