Iam trying to copy a dvd of home videos using nero recode 2( the recode that is part of the latest nero 7) Everything seems fine but when try to play the dvd I get no video just sound when i play it in my pc. When i try to play it in my dvd player, the disk cannot be reconized by my dvd player. Here is the log form the burn. If anyone knows how to fix this little problem it would be greatly appreciated. Well, since no one else has responded, I will ask some questions, but I have very little experience with Recode Your media (CMCMAGM01)is listed as third class--have you tried a better type? http://www.digitalfaq.com/media/dvdmedia.htm Looks like you are setting the Book Type to +R, which it already is. For more compatiblity, it should be DVD-ROM if you are able. You picked up this error and it continued the remainder of the transcoding. I do not know if it is causing a problem or something else is causing it, but something doesn't appear correct. Maybe you could play that .vob and see exactly what it is, since I don't know. Do other DVDs play on your computer correctly, and in Windows Media Player? You might try burning to the image recorder and trying it there, then burning it to DVD with NeroBurning ROM.
