nero running slow

    Can any1 help have been using nero for a year or so now all of a sudden when i go to burn dvd it either fails right at the start or runs really slow taking 30 min to burn dvd rather than 14min. have taken it of re-loaded it ok for 1 dvd then goes slow again. this is the log when it fails at the start. Please help no hair left to pull out !!!!

    Thanks for the help, but im new to this stuff down loaded the firmware link, opened it - it then show both my drives with just an exit buttom on the bottom what do i do here?? sorry for being daft !! any help will be great

    I assume if the firmware DIDNT show update, of any kind, you do nothing.
    You'r updated, Honestly, I haven't tried updating my firmware, it's absolutely brand new, got that shiny new cabin cruzer smell, still attached to it.
    But, hiding all, really helps.
