i am trying to remove this nero demo from my add/remove area and every time i try it it tells me windows has a error and shuts the uninstall window down and gives me a internal error that says custom action dll crashed on last call in function "NeroAg_UnregisterComEx" the installer must exit CRASH THREAD ID 3456 CURRENT THREAD ID 3352 I have tried reinstalling,repairing,and so on i have deleted all the nero files off my pc i think but any help would be great.
Hi. Did you try using the Nero Clean Tool? http://www.nero.com/nero7/enu/Clean_Tools.html Use the one for whichever version you have. The General Tool should also work.
