nero vision....help

    when ever i want to make a file to dvd it always say 4.37gb when the file may be 750mb why is that and why does it take so long to start then there is one file on the list. please let me know what to do

    Hello.

    If you're using Nerovision, you are likely selecting a DVD-Video as the project type and using an AVI file as input. What's happening is that the input file is being re-encoded from its native format (MPEG4 for AVI) into MPEG2 format which is DVD compliant. That. Takes. Time. Furthermore, MPEG4 is a highly compressed file format; MPEG2 is not as highly compressed and you'll end up with a much larger file size after conversion.
