Nero.. WMA CD, stuck at 50% please help!

    Hi,
    Custom built computer, self support. I have nero6, with addon packages p2 + p3. At first, wma wouldnt burn so i downloaded the plugin for wma. Now, it gets stuck at 50% while burning.

    Suggetions please?!!!

    for more suggestions would be great to have more infos about your config and media ur using but Nero works perfectly with me especially when doing music compilation. Advise 1: try burn your wma compilation in Nero express, let the wizard help you. 2 Download Windows Media player 9 set up a playlist of your favorite songs and burn your wma compilation directly from there. 3. reinstall DirectX 9b after reinstall your wma plugin 4 check a different type of disc and do not neglect cleaning of lens

    Another sugestion is to do a .WMA-> .MP3 concversion [bold]before[/bold] burning, there are lot of applications that do this. In this way you don't risk loaing a CD should some problem arise.

    (Re)encoding with Nero is ... iffy at best ... you're best doing things beforehand if possible as Aldaco suggested.
