How about you start from the beginning? Your trying to backup dvds, right? What other programs and what are your steps?

Also, have you ever been successful in backing up a dvd? or burning a dvd?

No i was burning a movie that i downloaded from the internet.Nero was the only program that I was using. It always ends up doing that at the end but it will play in my dvd player even though the error comes up.

What size is the movie you are backing up?

And you say the resulting DVD plays back fine on your DVD Player?

This is very confusing as the Log file shows the file size is only 1MB. (See below excerpt from your log file)

    [15:26:42] DVDEngine 3:13:06 PM #7 Text 0 File DlgWaitCD.cpp, Line 247
[15:26:42] DVDEngine Last possible write address on media: 2295103 (510:01.28, 4482MB)
    [15:26:42] DVDEngine Last address to be written: 544 ( 0:07.19, 1MB)

You did get a 'Queue again later' error message, but the drive did free up and continued accepting commands. But it should not have caused it to report as a failed burn.

I'm really curious as to the original size of the source video, and if the WHOLE movie plays back on your DVD player.

    Regards,

    Craig

You would have been better off just saying [bold]"No i was burning a movie that i downloaded from the internet."[/bold]

Now that you've mentioned the movie, and it happens to be a movie that is still in the theatres ... I believe this is considered piracy. :)
