new dvd burner does + and - help

    im new at this what is the differnce betwwen positve and negitive burning thanks

    There is no differnce in burning that i know off.

    +r and -r refer to different formats of dvds. They both refer to burning but the way the laser reads the disc is the difference. They are not interchangeable except in the sense of duel format burners but you don't switch types mid disc.
