Okay so i have and 80gb ipod 5g ipod. I was going to install a new HDD for braging rights and i understand you copt the firmware or something from the current to the new HDD. My question is if i take a new ipod classic, with its new firmware with coverflow and all, copy the FW and all to a larger HDD and then put the larger HDD in an original ipod video 5g. will that work?
