So I just built a new PC

    corsair 850 watt PSU
HD5850 - taken from previous computer
    Asus P8P67 deluxe mobo
    LGA1155 3.3Ghz 2500k
G Skill RipJaw 8 GB of 2133 RAM
3 different hard drives, I wiped one of them, the other two are just media storage
64 GB corsair SSD- put the OS on this

So what happens is I push the power button, lights and fans spin, computer turns off, wait about 3 seconds, then it turns back on and boots just fine.

I tried searching online and the only thing I found was that it could be my 5850. It has 2 clean power adapters and is seated correctly.

Before the computer was getting a CPU fan error but I unplugged and replugged that in and it works just fine now.

Well I got it sorted out. Turns out it's a motherboard issue.

What I did was go into the BIOS and click on the advanced tab. Then click on enable boot from PCIE. Apparently is an extremely common problem with the mobo.
