NEW psp memory stick

    i just bought a new 4gb psp memory stick and my old one has the firmware files on it do i have to reinstall the firmware all over again or can i transfer the files from my computer the psp says that i am on 3.4 oe-a but i cannot play games.

    no you do not have to reinstall firmware, firmware is located on the onboard memory the psp internally has, not on the memory stick. Just copy your original memory stick files to you computer, plug in the new mem stick, and copy the files from your computer to that.
