You can use Dvd Decrypter to burn in write mode. Go to mode click write browse to the file and burn or the real easy way if you created an iso file right click on it one of the choices should be burn with Dvd Decrypter .The program will open and be ready to burn it.

movie only with shrink and decrypter.
you will need anydvd running in the background to get rid of protection's

Did you switch dvd decrypter into ISO write Mode?

how big is the iso you are trying to burn?

    edit
it should be under 4.35GB to be albe to burn on a SL disk.

Shrink can open an ISO file if it consists of DVD-Complaint files or shrink can open a video_ts foler(looks for the Video_Ts.IFO)

DVD-Compliant files are VOB, IFO, BUP.

Maybe you should follow this guide
    http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/494836

    edit
let me clear some things up for you

When trying to copy a DL disk(dvd-9) disk to a SL disk(dvd5) you have to compress the video to be able to make it fit on the SL disk using a program like shrink(Somtimes no compression is needed if doing movie Only) but for full disk backups you have to compress like i said earlier.

Now if you are trying to copy a SL disk to SL disk the program shrink is not needed since it doesn't have to be compressed.
all you have to do is Rip to the HDD then burn with any program.

so it all depends on the original you are copying
