Ultra power supplies arent great, but they're MUCH better than any PSU that comes with a case, never use those they're awful. Components look good compatibility-wise, although I recommend using Corsair RAM rather than A-Data, such as http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145590
do u think ocz is good? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227030 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227124
OCZ memory is quite good, it's not always the enthusiast's choice, but as a low budget option they're pretty good.
If you can, go with a Core 2 Duo rather than an Athlon X2, and go with a decent Power supply (I don't trust Ultras much). Also would be worth upgrading graphics soon.
i havwe an ultra x-connect 500W in my system and have had no issues i just like the fact that i use only what cables i need
