Okay, so I just got my PSP, and I'm hearing about the firmware that Team M33 keeps putting out, and it says if you have the 1.50 firmware, you can install it! Well, my PSP has the 2.60 Firmware!? And, to play .iso games on the PSP, do I need to downgrade the PSP or what?! I would like to know more on this! Thanks!

That's great that your PSP is 2.60 because that means you can in fact downgrade!
First you have to check if your PSP is a TA-082 or not, to find out which downgrader you will need. Check that here:
    http://pspupdates.qj.net/uploads/articles_module/56713/ta82spot1.jpg
And if you do have a TA-082 PSP, use this downgrader:
    http://dl.qj.net/2.71-(TA-082-and-T...mebrew-Applications/pg/12/fid/13187/catid/151
If you don't have a TA-082 PSP, use this one:
    http://dl.qj.net/2.71-Generic-Downgrader-PSP/pg/12/fid/10485/catid/114
But before you downgrade, you need to update to 2.71 official firmware. Use this update:
    http://dl.qj.net/Firmware-2.71-PSP/pg/12/fid/8046/catid/163
THEN you need to update to the latest custom firmware, which is 3.51M33-6. Download the 3.51 M33 update here:
    http://dl.qj.net/PSP-custom-firmware:-CFW-v3.51-M33-PSP/pg/12/fid/14098/catid/163
And then install update 6 here:
    http://dl.qj.net/CFW-3.51-M33-6-PSP-Homebrew-Applications/pg/12/fid/14134/catid/151
Then to play ISO's you put them in the ISO folder in the root of your memory stick. After doing all of this it's best to format your memory stick as it will create the correct folders for you. And remember READ ALL OF THE README's!

Dude chill out he knows the basics already anyways, it's not like hes asking if he can downgrade a 3.51 or something. =D

Alright, so I think I have the TA-082, because I can see the lettering inside of the PSP, when you open the UMD Door! So, my PSP version is at 2.71 now, so it's okay to do the downgrader? I just don't want to BRICK my PSP!

In the Readme for the Downgrader, on step 4, it says:

4.Copy the contents of the MS_root folder to your memory stick root, click yes to overwrite. Do not put the readme on the psp.

It didn't ask me to overwrite anything!? In my Root Folder for the PSP, there is a MP_Root folder, but no MS_Root folder!

    What do I do?!

Okay, I think I got it working! The 1.5 enabler is under the games section on the Memory Stick, and the Update X.YZ is also there! I'm just letting my PSP charge, it says it has to be at least 75% charged! I'm at 61%!

Okay, I got the custom firmware on and everything! I just had one more question! All of the folders that I had to put in the Games folder on the PSP, can I take those off, or do those have to stay there?!
