    Hi

This is my first posting on the afterdawn site so please be patient. I am a fairly competent CD Burner but I have just bought a Plextor 116A DVD ROM & a Plextor 708A Writer. Just tried to burn my first DVD guess what? when I copied an image to the the HD it was 6.13 GB, hence my arive at afterdawn.com. Any immediate thoughts on how I can save myelf weeks of sleepless nights throughing DVD's into the bin! I have downloaded the DVD shrink software but have not had a chance to review this. I spent may days & nights with buffer underrun problems before the release of the newer CD burners so I am aware DVD burning may not be plain sailing.

Any help would be much appreciated

    Kindest regards from Scotland

    Joey

    hi joeymac
Your in the right area when you downloaded dvd shrink.
    Check out these guides:http://www.dvdshrink.info/guides.php
    not much reading,just watching.

You also need dvd decrypter, download and guides found on this site, for when shrink wont do the job.

    good luck
