newbie with no idea

can any one help me i have just got a dbox from germany and have connected it all up and scanned channel but nothing could someome help me pleas as i have no idea what am doing

Wot does it say in there from top to bottom
Who was your service provider befor Virg*n......Paul

Just get your self a crossover cable from Maplins A Fiver
