newly built pc,.shows, unknown processor revision

    hi,

    i just built a new pc, with the msi k9n sli platinum and amd 3800 processor... but when i power it on the pc doesnt boot..it just shows,

    "warning: the processor installed in this system is of an unknown revision,please contact bios vendor for any updates..so i thought i just need to flash the bios..but i cant do it bcoz the floppy drive also doesnt boot..im so stuck up here..anyone got any idea..

    You could try ordering the latest BIOS revision on a ready flashed chip, and replace the one you have. You should consider whether the motherboard might be faulty, (Read this)
